Officer, Customer Fulfilment Services (One Year Contract)
Department : Operations

  • Follow up loan applications with borrowers and lenders by email/call according to SL
  • Update status to borrowers on application within specified timeline
  • Handle customer enquiries and loan applications
  • Provide support on in-house applications related calls escalation and user co-ordination
  • Compile, verify, categorize and tabulate loan documentations
  • Prepare application reports
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time

  • At least Diploma graduate or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in loan processing
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skill, detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Ability in mandarin speaking considers as advantageous
