Department: Security Management

  • Lead and manage Information Security initiatives
  • Maintain and drive comprehensive information security programme, deliver security strategy, policies, procedures, communications and training
  • Responsible for direct client-facing engagement in the banking sector related to information security domain and initiatives
  • Stay abreast of the latest information security laws, regulations, and best practices and provide security solutions, strategies and oversight to meet the requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with security vendors and organizations, and represent the Company at security conferences/events as required
  • Acting in accordance with the Security Management System and Policy to manage all aspects of personnel, physical, production and IT security
  • Support business and product team during the sales process to engage key internal and external stakeholders to provide critical perspective and guidance on delivery strategies to meet security requirements
  • Participate in new IT projects or solution implementation to advice on the IT security requirements and ensure they are being put in place prior to live implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of current security threats, techniques, and landscape, as well as a dedicated and self-driven desire to research current information security landscape
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

  • Possess a bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline
  • At least 12 years of experience on IT security design and implementation
  • Experience in banking or financial industry is preferred
  • Professional Certification such as CISSP, CISA/CISM or other security certification/accreditation is a must
  • Demonstrated proficient decision making skills, analytical and problem solving ability
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-tasks, balancing competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Exemplary leadership, mentoring, and team building skills
  • Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written English and Chinese) are required
