Assistant Manager

Department: Member Services

  • Manage membership lifecycle, handle and process membership related documents
  • Support Product owner to plan and deliver enhanced / value added functions to banks and business partners
  • Liaise with internal parties to implement new projects to ensure all requirements are met throughout the implementation process
  • Monitor project progress and facilitate communications with external and internal stakeholders for project related issues
  • Handle business related enquiries and engage with relevant stakeholders to resolve processing issues
  • Maintain all business documents to keep up-to-date with current business requirements
  • Conduct business feasibility studies and prepare presentation deck for any business opportunities identified
  • Assist in managing the content for all corporate information in different channels such as company website and social media
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team for marketing plans, advertising and organize marketing activities and campaigns
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

  • Possess a bachelor degree in Business, English or any other business related discipline
  • 6-7 years working experience in account servicing and supporting position
  • Experience in banks’ ATM business will be considered as a distinct advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua is a plus
